Introduction: Welcome to the Family Of The Vietnamese Red Berets Corporation [FOTVRBC], Washington, D.C, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) Chapter. We are a group of former South Vietnamese Airborne Soldiers of Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) currently living in and around the DMV areas. We gather here to help our wounded paratroopers who are still living in Vietnam. And to our Donors, we are very please to announce that we now accept online donation via PayPal application in the USA.

The purpose of this web page, in addition to our annual fundraising party, is to interface with PayPal online to assist our Donors to complete an online donation to our cause with ease. A little more about FOTVRBC: is a corporation registered with state of Virginia Counsel for Corporation since 2006, and recently was granted as Public Charity under 501(c)(3) status by IRS. We are all volunteers and do not receive any salary from FOTVRBC. As a result, every dollar our Donors give will go to our wounded comrades who need help (after deducting a small fee charged by PayPal for their services).

To participate in this program, you are asked to have either a Credit card or a Debit card, and have access to a device connected to the internet.

The followings are simple steps to help guide you through how to donate money online to help our wounded soldiers. Thank you for your participation. --bkt

Instruction How to use this web page to interface with PayPal

Our official name (legal name) is Family of the Vietnmese Red Berets Corporation. Abbreviated as FOTVRBC. This name is registered with state of Virginia Council for Corporations since 2006.

The followings are steps involve in donating money online via PayPal to help our ARVN wounded soldiers who still live in Vietnam. Each instruction is numbered in RED. Please follow figures 1-5 below for more details.

1. This symbol presented above is placed at the end of this web page. If you are already familiar with the PayPal process, you may head straight to the PayPal process. Otherwise, follow steps below.

Instruction: Whenever you click once at the button, you will leave this page and land on the online PayPal page as depicted in Figure 2 below. Note: you should pay attention only to the RED fingers presented on this instruction set with number on them. These RED hands belong to this page, they will not be found on PayPal pages.

2. Type the amount you wish to donate using only 0-9 and decimal point from your keyboard. Do not use comma or monetary symbols. Example: 1.50; 2.00; 300.00; 1200.99; etc.

3. Click "Donate with Debit card or Credit card" button. PayPal will then present you the following figures: 3, 4, 5.

4. Before proceed, please check the amount and over write it if necessary.  This step 4 is not required, it is optional: its purpose is to let you tell us how you want your donation be used... So, by clicking at the pencil icon, PayPal will clear the box and let you enter your thought.

5. Fill in information related to your credit/debit card.

6. Fill in your address where your credit card issuer can send a bill to you later.

Note: the question "Share my mailing address with Family of the Vietnamese Red Berets" - if you wish, then check this box, we then will send you how much you donated for the year so that you may use for tax filing purposes. Otherwise, you will send us a request for such item.

7. Check all items 2-6 before you click "Donate now".

8. When you click at "Donate Now", PayPal will start processing your donation, please give it time for it to complete its task. Once the pay processing is completed, PayPal will present Figure 6 as below. If you click instruction# 8 below, you will head back to nhayduwdc.org page. Otherwise, PayPal, in a few seconds, will automatically bring you back to where you left earlier.

*** Finally, please wait for approx. 5 minutes, then check your email, you should see a message sent by PayPal look similar to the one in Figure 7 below. This is your receipt. Please keep it in a safe box for future references.
